215 Intramurals is designed as a "come when you can" program. With the busy schedules of the Spring /Summer, we play with whoever can come that day.

215 Intramurals is designed to introduce a new/fun sport without the commitment of a full season or multiple day practices.

Spring Intramurals can easily fit into a schedule for a young athlete that is already committed to another sport.

Intramurals is set up in two separate time slots. The first hour is "Skills and Drills". Learn how to play lacrosse, build your skill level and up your Lax IQ. The second hour is Scrimmage or other fun games, to put your new found skill knowledge to use.

Cost

First practice is free, although a USA Lacrosse membership is required. If you decide to join us, it is $75 for the rest of the season. This includes a reversible pinnie. (to be worn every day so teams can be made)

What is needed

Equipment needed is - Lacrosse stick (womans), goggles, mouth guard, cleats and water bottle. If you don't have your own Lax equipment, please let us know, we have sticks and goggles you can borrow. And mouth guards you can BUY (we don't share them :) )
